“I’ve never called a lawyer before” or “I never thought I’d need a lawyer” is one of the first things most of our clients say when they call. We understand. Facing the probate process after losing a loved one is often difficult emotionally, and people never expect to be wrongfully injured or have a loved one suffer injury or death because of someone else’s actions. When something life-altering does happen, you need someone you can trust to listen to you, to help you understand your options, and to work hard to help you in your time of need.
The cost of legal services is always a concern. We are proud that we can keep our fees lower than many other lawyers because we keep our operating expenses low. For some types of cases, such as living trusts, our clients will not pay a dime unless they are compensated. We will front all costs of a case and wait to collect until the final settlement or verdict has been awarded. And while other lawyers also offer contingency arrangements, our percentage fee is likely less, as are the hourly rates that we charge for cases that are billed by the hour, such as Probate services. We provide flat fees for simple wills and trusts. Contact us to discuss your legal issue and the best approach to your particular case.
